Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Rad Consultants, LLC ("RadSim," "we," "us") collects, uses, and stores information when you use RadSim at radsim.radconsultants.com and any associated subdomains.
What we collect
Account information. When you sign up, we collect your name, work email address, and company name. We use this to create your account and send you access to the platform.
Company URL and scraped content. During onboarding, you provide a public company website URL. We use automated tools (Firecrawl, Apify) to read publicly available pages from that domain, including job postings. The scraped content is used solely to build your Company Intelligence Profile and generate training simulations.
Simulation session data. When employees play a simulation, we store their typed responses, the AI character's responses, per-turn scores, and final dimension scores. These are associated with an employee identifier you control and are visible to managers on the dashboard.
Usage data. We collect standard server logs including IP address, browser type, and pages visited. We do not use third-party analytics trackers.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your data to third parties.
- We do not use your company data, scraped content, or simulation sessions to train AI models.
- We do not share individual employee performance data with anyone outside your organization.
- We do not store credit card numbers — billing is handled manually during the current phase.
How we use your data
- To create and maintain your account
- To generate your Company Intelligence Profile and simulation library
- To power the real-time simulation player (employee responses are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, per turn and are subject to their API data handling policy)
- To display results on the manager dashboard
- To send account-related emails (sign-in links, trial reminders)
AI provider data handling
The simulation player sends conversation turns to Anthropic's Claude API to generate character responses and scoring. Anthropic does not train on API inputs by default. See anthropic.com/privacy for their current policy.
Company URLs and scraped content are sent to Firecrawl and Apify for extraction during onboarding. These are processed and discarded — we store only the synthesized Intelligence Profile.
Data retention and deletion
Your account data and simulation library are retained for as long as your subscription is active plus 90 days after cancellation. To request early deletion of your data, email chris@radconsultants.com with "Data deletion request" in the subject line. We will confirm deletion within 5 business days.
Security
Data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security policies enforced at the database layer. All traffic is encrypted via TLS. Access is restricted by role-based authentication.
Children
RadSim is a business software product intended for use by adults in a professional context. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves. If we make material changes, we will notify active account holders by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
